INITIAL KNOWLEDGE

1Complete the Requirements:

To enroll in the PADI Freediver course, you must be at least 15 years old, although a PADI Basic Freediver certification is available for those as young as 12. You must be in good physical health and possess basic swimming skills. No prior snorkeling or freediving experience is required.

Practical KNOWLEDGE

2Pool & Open Water Sessions

Our PADI Freediver course includes practical training in both a pool and open water. You will begin in a pool to practice fundamental breath-hold techniques, such as static and dynamic apnea. Then, during two open-water dives, you will apply these skills by freediving to depths up to 16 meters while also mastering crucial safety and rescue procedures with your buddy.

Our PADI Freediver certification gives you the skills and confidence to freedive safely with a buddy. This certification is also your entry point to more advanced freediving training.
